  3. Select a date and time that best suits you, and proceed to the checkout.

  4. Review your booking details, input your information, and make any necessary deposits to secure your appointment.

  5. When satisfied, click 'Confirm' to finalise your reservation with us!

Appointment Policies

By booking with us, you agree to adhere to our appointment policies. We encourage you to take a moment to review these policies before booking to ensure a seamless experience. Your understanding and cooperation contribute to a smooth and enjoyable visit with us.

  • A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment when you are booking via Fresha or mobile phone.

    You'll only need to pay the remainder of your treatment cost when you arrive for your appointment.

    For example, if your treatment is £50, and you've paid a 50% deposit, you'll only need to pay £25 on the day of your appointment.

    This system helps us ensure efficient bookings and reduces no-shows. We appreciate your understanding. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us for more information.

  • We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for any appointments that have been confirmed, whether booked through our online system or by mobile phone. Please note that the deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable, whether in the case of cancellation or rescheduling.

    Should you find yourself unable to keep your scheduled appointment and wish to reschedule, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. In doing so, we will happily accommodate your request by transferring the deposit to your rescheduled appointment date, sparing you from any additional charges. It's important to note that the deposit remains non-refundable.

    We appreciate your understanding of our policy in this regard. Your cooperation is invaluable to us in providing the best service possible.

  • DELAYS: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause minor delays in your arrival. If you find yourself running slightly behind schedule, arriving within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, rest assured that we will make every effort to accommodate your treatment within the remaining time available. However, please be aware that the cost of the treatment will remain unchanged, and you will be billed for the full duration.

    Should your delay exceed 15 minutes, it will be regarded as a no-show, and your deposit will be retained as compensation. This policy is in place to help us maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process, ensuring the best possible experience for all of our valued clients.

    NO-SHOWS: If you have a confirmed appointment with us and have paid a deposit, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours notice in case you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to show up for your appointment without such notice will result in your deposit being retained as compensation. This policy is essential to acknowledge the inconvenience caused to our therapists and fellow clients, allowing us to maintain a smooth and considerate scheduling process for everyone's benefit.

    1. Visit our Fresha page and select your preferred treatment. Proceed to book your appointment online.

    2. During the booking process, place a deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits are separate from the gift card amount. For more information, please visit our FAQ page.

    3. Once your booking is confirmed, you will recieve a unique gift card code, please remember to keep it safe as you must present this code in person when you arrive for your treatment.

    4. In-person, we will refund your deposit, provided you arrive on-time to your confirmed appointment.

    5. Present your unique gift card code to our therapist and we will redeem the value of your gift card.

  • For online bookings via Fresha, relish the convenience of selecting your preferred team member at the time of choosing your treatment. Indicate your preference during the booking process, and it will automatically apply.

    If you're opting for text/ WhatsApp bookings, kindly let us know if you'd like to request a specific therapist, and we'll do our best to fulfill your preference. Your personalised experience matters to us, and we're here to make sure your wellness journey meets your expectations.

  • At this time, we regret to inform our valued clients that we do not offer couples massage or treatments in the same treatment room. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to providing exceptional individual treatments to ensure the best experience for each client.

  • At Seoul Thai Therapy, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our clients and staff. To ensure the highest standards of safety and respect, we have a strict no-tolerance policy regarding abusive, threatening, bullying, and harassing behaviour.

    No-Tolerance Policy

    We have a zero-tolerance approach towards any form of abuse, threats, bullying, or harassment. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, verbal, and online interactions. These behaviours are strictly prohibited.

    If any client engages in the aforementioned behaviours, appropriate actions will be taken immediately, including but not limited to:

    • Immediate termination of the therapy session.

    • Reporting the incident to relevant authorities if necessary.

    • Permanent blacklisting from all Seoul Thai Therapy services.

    • Legal action if warranted.

    We are committed to enforcing this policy to maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone. Our staff is trained to handle such situations with the utmost professionalism, and we will not hesitate to take necessary actions to protect their well-being.

  • To ensure your safety and provide you with the best possible treatment, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries when booking your appointment. This will help us tailor the treatment to your specific needs and make any necessary adjustments to ensure your comfort and well-being.

  • We offer pregnancy massage treatments specifically designed for the well-being of expectant mothers. These treatments are available to prenatal women in their 2nd trimester (12 weeks onward), breastfeeding mothers in the postpartum period and those 6 months post-C-section.

    Before scheduling an appointment with us for a pregnancy massage, it is essential to consult and obtain consent from your midwife or healthcare assistant. Your safety and comfort during the treatment are of utmost importance to us, and this consultation helps ensure that the massage is appropriate and beneficial for your unique circumstances.   • Please note that we do not perform massage and facial treatments on individuals under the age of 18.

    If children under 18 need to wait for you in the downstairs reception, they should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

    Additionally, in cases where age verification is necessary or if individuals appear to be under the age of 18, we may request proof of age (e.g., ID) to ensure compliance with our policy. Your understanding and adherence to this policy are appreciated.

  • We have a welcoming general reception area located on the ground floor of our building where you can comfortably wait while your partner, family member, or friend is enjoying their treatment. For the safety and privacy of our clients, we do not permit waiting inside the treatment rooms, as these spaces are reserved exclusively for the intended client and therapist.

    During your wait in our building, we kindly ask for your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful atmosphere by refraining from making noise and being considerate of our neighbouring offices. Your understanding and cordiality in this regard are greatly appreciated.

  • We kindly request that clients refrain from recording inside the treatment room unless the therapist and client mutually agree that the treatment session will be recorded for advertisement or marketing purposes. In the event that such an agreement is reached, we will provide a consent form to the client for their acknowledgement and approval.
