  • While most sessions typically begin with a minimum duration of 1 hour, please note that the length of your session may vary based on the specific treatment you choose.   • No, at present, we do not accommodate walk-in appointments. Our services are exclusively available through pre-scheduled appointments to guarantee each client receives personalised and timely attention.

    For your convenience, you can effortlessly select your preferred time slot and date by utilising our user-friendly online booking system, Fresha.

Payment & Deposits

  • We offer flexible payment options to cater to your preferences. For bookings made online via Fresha, our integrated system requires a deposit at the time of booking. Simply enter your valid card details during the booking process, and the system will automatically process the deposit. If you prefer to make a reservation via text/WhatsApp, we'll provide you with our business details for a secure deposit via bank transfer. Your convenience and security are our priorities, ensuring a smooth transaction for your booking.

  • We require deposits for appointments to ensure a commitment to the scheduled time slot. This practice helps us manage our schedule efficiently and minimises the impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows, allowing us to provide a reliable and timely service to all our clients.

    How our deposits work:

    Example - if you have placed a deposit of £10 and your treatment is £50, the remaining amount left to pay will be £40. Please note that the deposit is not an additional charge on top of your treatment price; rather, it is deducted from the total cost, ensuring a straightforward and transparent transaction process.

  • If you are unable to use our online booking system, we can manually book your appointment via text or WhatsApp messenger.

    In this case, we'll send you our business banking details so that you can make a deposit via bank transfer in order to secure your booking.

  • If you've purchased an online gift card via Fresha, you'll receive a unique gift card code.

    To secure your booking, a deposit is still necessary. It's important to note that the deposit and gift card are distinct and separate components of the booking process.

    Upon arriving for your appointment on time, we will refund your deposit in person and redeem your gift card using the unique code you provide, ensuring that the total cost of the treatment is covered.

    If you fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

Online Gift Cards

    1. To purchase a gift card, kindly visit our Fresha page and click on 'Buy' under Gift Cards.

    2. Choose the desired amount for the gift card, ranging from £40 to a maximum of £80.

    3. Select the recipient of the gift card; you can send it as a thoughtful gift to someone else or keep it for yourself.

    4. Review the selected amount and proceed to checkout using Fresha’s secure online payment system.

    5. After successfully completing your online gift card purchase, a unique gift card code will be shared with the recipient. It is crucial to keep this code, as it needs to be presented by the recipient to our therapists for in-person redemption.

  • To place redeem your gift card, follow these simple steps:

    1. Visit our Fresha page and select your preferred treatment. Proceed to book your appointment online.

    2. During the booking process, place a deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits are separate from the gift card amount, and necessary to secure your appointment.

    3. Ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.*

    4. In-person, we will refund your deposit. You must then share the unique gift card code to our therapist who will redeem your gift card.

    *Important Notes:

    • Failure to show up to your appointment without 48-hour prior notice will result in the deposit being kept as compensation.

    • If you notify us of a rescheduling request with at least 48 hours' notice before your appointment, we will transfer the deposit to the new booking, so you don't have to pay it twice.

    • The value of your gift card is not impacted by this and can be redeemed, provided it is still valid.

    • All our gift cards are valid for 2 months from the purchase date and cannot be extended past their expiry date.

    • If you have not redeemed your gift card within its validity period, we cannot refund you the amount of the gift card.

  • To secure your booking, a deposit is still necessary. Deposits are required for all bookings as a precautionary measure against no-shows and late cancellations. It's important to note that the deposit and gift card are separate components of the booking process.

    Upon arriving for your appointment on time, we will refund your deposit in person AND redeem your gift card using the unique code you provide, ensuring that the cost of the treatment is covered by the value of your gift card.

    If you fail to show up for your appointment without rescheduling 48-hours in advance, the deposit will be retained as compensation.

Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

  • We kindly request cancellations to be made at least 48 hours in advance. If you booked online via Fresha, you can cancel this directly on the platform. If you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact us, and we'll cancel it on your behalf.

    For text/WhatsApp bookings, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to directly to cancel your appoinment.

    Please note that in both cases, deposits are non-refundable, but we'll happily reschedule your appointment, transferring your deposit to the new booking to avoid re-booking fees.

  • Failure to provide a 48-hour notice for cancellation/ re-scheduling will result in your deposit being retained as compensation, and you will be marked as a no-show in our system.

  • If you are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate your treatment within the remaining available time. However, we cannot extend your booking time. If you exceed 15 minutes, we will mark you as a no-show, and your deposit will be retained as compensation.

  • The terms "medical-grade" and "cosmeceutical" are unregulated in the cosmetics industry and are not accepted by law through EU cosmetic regulation and the FDA for the USA. Legally, skincare products can only be categorised as "cosmetics" or "drugs." No cosmetic product can be classified as having therapeutic or drug-like physiological effects on the skin, and hence, cannot be classified as medical grade or cosmeceutical.
